You can use Oxford adhesive either by direct paste or by spraying as the following:
clean and roughen parts with rasping or hard paper if possible and clean out the dust.
Apply a film of adhesive solution onto both surfaces equally.
Allow 5 minutes to dry.
Warm up surfaces to normal temperature.
Press the two parts together for few seconds.
For high quality you may add 3% of irodur solution.
Note:
The strength of the product appears after 1 hour of following the pervious instructions.
Applications of Oxford adhesive:
Poly-urethane and plastics soles.
Leather and waxen to poly-urethane.
Hard soles of P.V.C.
General shoes industry.
